In case you'd not heard, when the press reported the "global" poll results favoring John Kerry for President, the Wall Street Journal pointed out that another international survey found that "58% of Europeans consider strong US leadership to be undesirable."

And what sort of leadership did the Eurotrash provide to keep a lid on the Balkans violence? Efforts to end Rwandan genocide? Rescuing Kuwait and the world's oil supply from Saddam Hussein in 1990-91? And what is the UN and Europe doing now to lead the way in helping black Africans in Sudan?

Anyhow, the same is true here at home. Those who are quick to blame America for the world's ills and are nearly always against the US acting to protect our interests and allies around the world constitute John Kerry's base of support. For them, "W" stands for "weaklings."
